EUROPE AND OCEAN...STAMPS: A complete Four Volume Scott Specialty Albums of British Commonwealth of Nations In America; Great Britain. Europe And Oceana; British Nations In Africa And British Nations In Asia. All four Volumes Published 1967 and each country goes up to 1963. The strongest segment is Canada but lacking any valued stamps pre 1893 the majority of the collection is made up of post 1940's stamps in both mint and used. This would make wonderful beginners' collection. The collection itself is about 40% of each country has 5% to 10% of stamps, the other 60% has 10% to 20%. Most sets are from 1940's. 60% to 70% seem to be hinged and the rest in clear mounts. The few pre 1930's are mostly canceled and common. The Scott albums all in very good condition with no tears and marking.s
