An Unusual Automaton Novelty Clock The small metal birdcage is in an oxidized finish. It contains a feathered bird and a pillar at the center with a ball at the top and an ivory color band around the middle with numerals and marks. A red pointer circles around to indicate the time. The cage is suspended from a hoop stand with a tiny angel at the top holding the ring inset in a cast glass base with a slightly pink tint. Overall it measures apprx. 8-1/2"H. So far the bird does not chirp.
