  German WWII SA Dagger with Scabbard and Hanger Untouched example SA man's dagger complete with 8.75" blade which has maker's mark of Gebr.Bell Solingen. The blade retains much of the original finish. Toward the bottom end of the blade is some finger staining and grease marks from where it has been pulled from the scabbard. Most of the original brown finish is intact on ?the scabbard and is a nice example. Wood handle remains in good condition with the grip insignia still intact. ?Great private purchase leather dagger hanger. Condition: Very good. Small chip on handle.

The blade is marked original "Eichorn Solingen" and has a pair of blood grooves with various floral engravings and also what appears to be a large anchor, the eagle atop is cast in bronze which matches the eagle hilt, original scabbard, very fine condition, dagger is 15" long with a 9 3/4" blade, we are selling this as a suspect piece with BUYER BEWARE. 2 week return privilege on this dagger.

  CIVIL WAR ERA SWORD AND SCABBARDA very interesting unmarked sword and scabbard with hilt and scabbard apparently of German silver, with a straight, un-engraved blade that has been service sharpened. It has a bird’s head pommel, and two branches to the guard. The grip is brown leather, with two strands of brass wire wrap. The toe of the scabbard is a separate piece of iron that has been attached to the scabbard. The blade has a single fuller, and is completely unmarked. There is a screw attachment with a piece of leather on the underside of the guard, possibly for a sword knot. Dimensions: 33 inch blade and 40 inches long overall. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $55.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance . Condition: The hilt and scabbard are excellent, as is the grip. The blade is rusted, and service sharpened, but otherwise very good, with no pitting. The iron toe of the scabbard is rusted. A screw to the scabbard throat is missing.
