(127.3 x 178.1cm) provenance: Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company, Radnor, Pennsylvania. ,500-2,500 Condition Summary: The painting is in excellent condition. There is no evidence of previous restoration and the canvas and strainer appear to be original. There are spots of localized staining along the lower edge of the painting, which is likely caused by the deterioration of metal nails in the strainer, and the lower yellow region of the painting has some minor dirt and scuffs in (see lr corner). Additionally there is minor deformation to the canvas at the extreme ll corner caused imperfections in the hand made strainer.

From the home of a New Rochelle NY designer. Condition: Possibly re-bound. Cover pages with some creasing and dog-eared corners some with losses to corners. Some pages with rough edges or slight tears to margins some discoloration/staining to margins. Lithographs in overall good condition with strong colors. Occasional pencil annotations throughout as this was used as a reference book for 2 generations of designers.
