ENGLISH HERALDRY SCREEN & ORIENTAL STORAGE BOX1st item: Chinese mahogany storage box, dovetailed construction, interior fitted with shallow compartments at rear and to right. Pierced and incised brass latches on top and brass handles on sides. 9" H x 28-1/2" W x 19" D, late 19th/early 20th century. 2nd item: English mahogany fire screen with oak shield-shaped frame of needlepoint coat of arms, adjustable pole, tripod base with slipper feet dovetailed into standard, iron brace. 49-1/2" H x 14-1/2" W. Condition:
1st item: Overall good condition. Left brass latch slightly bent and one rear pilaster missing. 2nd item: Embroidered shield likely not original to stand. Brass adjustment on pole is loose and frame does not stay stationary, causing abrasions to top of turned pole.

LOWBOY SERVER Diminutive Mahogany Lowboy, Queen Anne style, having a molded overhanging top with simple corners, with one full-width shallow drawer over three deeper drawers, the deepest flanking the center over a shaped cyma arch, oak secondary, with brass batwing brasses and escutcheons, raised on simple cabriole legs ending in pointed slipper feet, 29" x 32" x 19 1/2". Bit of veneer on long drawer missing.

George III carved oak highboy, upper case with blind fret and dentil pediment and five dovetailed drawers, lower case with three drawers with oak linings, pierced carved skirt and carved cabriole legs with slipper feet, original brasses and locks, lock backs with 18th century English newspaper pasted on (one dated 1781), English, circa 1780, 69 x 40 x 21-1/2 in. Good condition overall with original brasses and locks, refinished, minor chips and wear to feet, apparently undisturbed backboards, other very minor restorations.
