A Cast Metal Jewelry Casket Partially in a gilt finish and partially in a brown-bronze patina, the top and sides of the casket are cast in relief with images relating to hunting, dogs, stag, boar, foxes and other game. It has canted corners, hinged lid surmounted by the figure of a hunting dog, putti with a cartouche (not monogramed) at the front edge, standing on four small turned feet. Stamped illegibly on the underside. The interior is clad in plum color satin with button tufting on the underside of the lid. Measures approx. 7-3/4"W x 5"D x 5"H.
