A handwritten paper note verso states According to family tradition this picture represents Philotesia Owen (daughter of Nathanael Owen of Sevenoaks and Frances Ridge of Chester his wife) born at Coulsdon 7/5/1697 & married Robert Strettell, then of Dublin 18/5/1716, d. at Philadelphia 26/6/1782 aged 85., 14 1/2" x 10".
