The sheet is unevenly cut, with the bottom of the sheet having wider margins than the other three margins. Sheet is extensively crinkled in some areas; with pale light staining. Some stray brown spots (unknown foreign material) in parts of margins; apparent stray pencil lines in bottom/left/right margins. Left margin with a notched cut; outer upper right margin cut at 45 degree angle. One tape piece across top edge, front of sheet. Brown papertape piece across top edge verso.
