Nineteenth Century Parlor Rifle
Nineteenth Century Parlor Rifle by Cincinnati Maker J. Bandle 4mm percussion rifle marked on top of barrel J. Bandle 260 Main St. Cin. O. Brass hardware double-set triggers walnut stock. Condition: Very good condition and mechanically excellent. The stock is cracked through the wrist and needs to be repaired. The finish has turned to a nice chocolate brown patina.

WILLIAM WURFFLEIN PARLOR PISTOL. Unmarked .17 caliber 3 1/2'' round barrel nickel-plated finish walnut stock. Ex L.D. Eberhart. This gun is illustrated in Eberhart and Wilson The Deringer in America Volume 1: The Percussion Period fig. 103. Old finish on stock much of the plating remains bore stamped ''b'' twice. When illustrated in Eberhart and Wilson this pistol had a detachable stock however this stock was not present when the gun was consigned to Garth's.

Golf balls were displayed on the shelf's trio of shallow wells. A basket-type tray that tops the post held the stand's glass ashtray.
