PATRIOTIC EMBROIDERY. Asian late 19th-early 20th century silk and metallic thread on silk. Spread wing eagle grasping US shield flanked by American flags. ''E Pluribus Unum'' on banner. Expertly stitched the body of the eagle and the shield padded to give dimension. In a frame 23 1/2''h. 27 1/2''w. Bright colors and no noticable broken threads. The blue has lost a slight bit of color.
