Also marked inside at the top of hat U.S Army and an eagle in gold print. Condition: Leather sweat band is detached in a couple of areas. Otherwise it is in excellent condition.

Inside of hat with Philadelphia uniform shop. Leather band inside. Other hat is a later style with the same insignia embroidered emblem. This hat has Wm Horstmann in a logo printed inside. Condition: Excellent.

1812 American Sampler with Architecture & Figures Probably American dated 1812 ?Our Father inscription above. The design is very well done centered around the tree of knowledge with Adam Eve and the serpent. Birds of various colors and kinds including a peacock create interesting vignettes around baskets and fountains.
