2 LETTERS DOCUMENTS PELHAM MA US CONSTITUTION 1787 Massachusetts,Dated 1793Two letters from the town of Pelham, Massachusetts. The earliest letter, dated November 12, 1787, addressed to Mr. William Andrew Abercrombie, Constable of Pelham, regarding voting on an assembly to elect a delegate to be sent to Boston to approve the signing of the United States Constitution. It is signed by Pelham delegates including David Conkey, John Conkey, John Bruce and Nathaniel Sampson, all prominent figures in Pelham during 1787. The second, dated September 16, 1793 is addressed to William Patrick ? and Jonathan William Millen, Constables of Pelham to assemble a meeting to vote on seven articles of town matters, both photographed for your reading pleasure.Paper12" x 7 3/8",From a Providence, Rhode Island estate.
