Condition:
The surface is quite dirty. There is a small and old paint loss (ca 1/4'') in the cloud at top center and another (ca 1/8'') in the hills at right. There are a few small (less than 1/16'') and scattered gouges on the surface mostly in the upper third of the painting in the sky. Simpson Galleries strongly encourages in-person inspection of items by the bidder. Very long running motor with realistic rowing motion toy was designed to actually run across the local pond. There was no Hoge decal on the generic rowboat. 15''1. Touch-up to hull and top of hat oars replaced missing rudder.
