A small greeting poster of a cowgirl. A December 1943 calendar, "It's Your Dance", shows some minor tears and chipping to edges. A January 1934 calendar, "Bright Eyes". A January 1934 calendar, "Hurry Back", shows old 2" taped repair, top center, along with a smaller version of this calendar, as well as a small "Hurry Back" poster. A January 1928 calendar, "Mysteries of the Orient", 5 small tears to edges with tape. A January 1928, "Dream Girl", shows several 2 1/2" tears in the center, tears and chipping on edges. February 1943 calendar, "At Your Command", by Earl McPherson, great condition. A medium sized poster with a cowgirl, "Ridin High" Rolf Armstrong. Three June 1954 calendars, three different sizes, art by Zoe Mozer, depicting a woman sitting on a wheelbarrow, medium sized poster shows shadow staining from dye transfer. A September 1943 calendar, "Hello Skipper!", art by Earl Moran. A September 1954 calendar, "Sketch of Peggy", art by Armstrong, with attached explanation of the company's personalized advertising method. A July 1943 calendar, "Come On In!", art by Armstrong, badly damaged on one corner, along with smaller poster. An October 1943 calendar, "Hello Skipper!". A December 1943 calendar and smaller poster, "Encore", great condition. A September 1955 calendar, Lake Street Pontiac, Portland, ME, "Beat That", as well as an identical and larger calendar with another company telephone number. A November 1955 calendar, "Stepping Out", art by Gilette Elvgren. A 1943 calendar, "For You, a Rose", art by Zoe Mozar. A January 1934 calendar, "A Day in June", art by Iccle Stoh. A multi-page Jan-Dec 1953 calendar with different pin up girls for each month, by Gilette Elvgren, advertising for North Kentucky Asphalt Co., Lissner Iron and Metal Co., the US Waste Material Co Cincinnati. A January 1934 calendar, "The Treasure Princess". A medium sized poster depicting a hula girl. Overall very good condition, many of which do not show evidence of having been hung.

(17) NUDE PIN-UP CALENDARS AND POSTERS, CA.1920-50. Many by Brown and Bigelow. To include: a July 1953 calendar, very large, depicting a woman smelling a perfume bottle, 45 1/2" x 22", almost mint, unused condition. There are two other smaller calendars with the same model, as well as two smaller locker-sized posters. A 1920s style woman with a tiger poster. A June 1933 calendar with a woman by a lake. A fold-out poster for the Standard Manufacturing Company, Detroit, complete with catchy phrases referring to WWII blackouts. An Ashland Pattern and Model Works, Inc, Brooklyn, NY June 1954, depicting a woman and luna moth lit by candlelight. A March 1953 St Paul, Minnesota, "Bubbling Over" calendar and small poster, created by Gillette Elvgren, comes with a personalized typed letter of appreciation to Mr. Stern, as well as two smaller matching posters. An August 1943 calendar, "Modern Eve", art by Earl Moran. A calendar and matching smaller poster, December 1943, St Paul, Minnesota, "Sweet Dreams", depicts a woman about to blow out a candle. A May 1955 Paramount Tool & Machine Co, Jackson, TN, three different sized calendars, "Enchanting", art by Elvgren. Excellent overall condition, most of which were never hung up or used.

1937 PINUP ADVERTISEMENT CALENDAR BILLINGS, MTFor your consideration is this 1937 advertisement calendar for the Southern Cafe and Noodles & Chop Suey in Billings, Montana. The advertisement calendar shows a pinup girl front and center wearing a flowing green dress and high heels as she looks towards the viewer. Just below her it reads, "Alluring" in black lettering. Below the picture it reads, "Southern Cafe / Noodles and Chop Suey 13 South 27th Street / Billings, Mont." in navy blue lettering. The bottom of the advertisement features s small flip calendar, presumed to have all the months intact. The advertisement calendar sits on a foam board and is sealed in plastic to preserve it. The calendar shows good condition for its vintage age showing only slight wear to the corners but no obvious signs of damage are present. The calendar measures 16 5/8" L x 10 1/8" W.
