Attr: Luigi Loir (French, 1845-1916) Drawing in charcoal with white highlighting on gray paper, initialed "L.L." at the lower right corner, mounted onto a cream color paper showing a 1/8" border, approx. 3-3/8" x 4", floated in a mat and framed with museum glass overall approx. 19-3/4" x 10-1/8". Affixed to the back is a hand written note in French that describes a brief bit of biographical material on the artist, and then Hotel de ville de Paris, Vienna, Prague...and a description of the materials used in the drawing.
