Group of three pewter porringers 19th century The keyhole handles with teardrops, arches and scrolls; one unmarked, two with illegible marks. (3). Largest Diam: 14 in. PROVENANCE: From the collection of Harry Wetherstine, Germantown, Pennsylvania. the smallest porringer has a crack on the lip opposite of the handle as well as a repair to the handle where it affixes to the basin, and out of round; the largest has splits to both sides of handle, dents to body; mid-size tips of handles worn, slightly bent, discoloration, all the surface scratches.
