Stahl" for Johann Baptist Stahl (German, 1869-1932) lower left and dated "'06" lower right, struck with impressed maker's mark "2443 / 9 / 99" to reverse. One small loss to arm of a female attendant. 18.25" diameter.

THREE METTLACH POTTERY STEINS: #485, 1 LITER, WITTHREE METTLACH POTTERY STEINS: #485, 1 liter, with relief musicians and dancers plus allover grapevine design on matte blue ground, inlaid lid, date mark 1897; a 1/2 liter, with relief featuring a German plaque plus birds and grapevine, 1900; and #1526, 1/2 liter, enameled in German Christmas Peace 1915; date mark 1913. Two having incised Mettlach abbey trademark and #1526 having the abbey ink stamp. Heights not including thumb lifts from 4.75 to 8.25 inches.

The pieces are in very good condition with minimal wear and no visible chips or repairs. The base of one has a small crack made during manufacture.
