Includes a Chinese Export enamel decorated punch bowl with depictions of a hunting scene with men on horseback and dogs; interior of bowl displays a circular frame with a standing man and three dogs watching a bird in a tree. Accompanied by a second Chinese Export punch bowl with enamel decoration of a hunting scene - repairs throughout. From a Patterson, NY estate. Dimensions: punch bowls measure approx. 11.675" in diameter x 4.75" h and 11.375" in diameter x 4.75" h. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches, dings/dents, and enamel losses. One hairline to the body of one bowl. Second bowl with repairs throughout, hairlines, and spider hairline to the underside.

RARE CHINESE EXPORT AMERICAN MASONIC SUBJECT PLATE Jiaqing Era, circa 1800-10
Painted in brown, iron-red, blue, green, gold, and black with “The Pillars at the Entrance to King Solomon’s Temple” flanking a sun device all at the center of the well, with anthropomorphized sun and moon and other Masonic devices filling the remaining area of the well of the plate. Typically, this pattern has been found on punch bowls and mugs; it is extremely rare to find this design on a flatware item such as this plate.
