Hand painted in polychrome two oval reserves depicting disciples with their mentors in different scenes; coral background with gilt accented geometric pattern between two Chinese symbols of Longevity on both sides apocryphal mark on the bottom that reads Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi - "Great Qing Qianlong Period Make" however not of the period. Vase measures apprx. 8-3/4"T x 4-1/4"D at the widest point and overall on stand apprx. 9-7/8"T.
