seated in vajraparyankasana on a double lotus base rising from a wood stand, portrayed the moment of his enlightenment, with the right hand in bhumisparsamudra, the gesture of touching the earth, and the left in dhyanamudra, the posture of meditation; full face accentuated with slender bow-shaped eyes and hooded eyelids casting a meditative and powerful aura, all below well-defined arched eyebrows flanking a central recess for an urna, all framed by neatly arranged rows of ringlet curls and a pair of long pendulous earlobes.
