Smith & Wesson No. 1 Second Model .22 short cal. 3.25'' barrel S/N 79688. Silver-plated frame blue barrel rosewood grips. Condition: Good condition with a very good but lightly pitted bore. It retains ca 70% original silver finish while the rest of the gun has a brown patina. It has a weak locking spring and the cylinder does not lock up properly. The barrel is a little loose and the screws are all buggered up.

REMINGTON SMOOT AND SPANISH COPY OF DERRINGER 6.75" long for smoot 7.25" long for Spanish pistol The five shot single action .30 rimfire revolver is one of many forays by Remington into the pocket pistol metallic cartridge market. This pistol is a first model with serial number 2055. Grips
possibly correct to handgun as small number had wood vs. hard rubber grips. Two part frame,
held together with two screws. The Spanish pistol is a copy of a percussion derringer of about .48 caliber, a somewhat accurate depiction of period pistol.

ENGRAVED SMITH AND WESSON MODEL NO. 1 1/2 REVOLVER. .32 caliber five-shot cylinder 3 1/2'' round barrel nickel-plated and floral-engraved finish mother-of-pearl grips. S/n 81156. Accompanying this revolver is a factory letter indicating that ten engraved Model 1 1/2 revolvers were among a large shipment to M.W. Robinson of New York in October of 1872. Retains better than 80-90% plating marks clear engraving crisp bore has minor oxidation smooth action.

Retains 40-50% original blue with some light corrosion original finish on the grips smooth action marks slightly worn. Micro crack at top of hinge. Cylinder rotates and locks when cocked also rotates freely when hammer is down.

SMITH AND WESSON MODEL NO. 1 SECOND ISSUE REVOLVER. .22 caliber seven-shot cylinder 3 3/16'' octagonal barrel silver-plated frame rosewood grips. S/n 21743. Engraved on the backstrap is ''Daniel T. Martin.'' Research has identified a Daniel T. Martin who served in the 5th Kansas Cavalry. Retains about 25% original blue and about 80-90% original plating action smooth bore with slight pitting. The name was engraved on the back strap after production so the plating was disturbed during the engraving.

Engraved frame with a panoply of arms on the left frame. With scrolls on the left is a panel of a dog and deer with scrolls. Top?of buttplate is engraved. Walnut stock. Condition: Barrel is mostly plum with traces of blue bleeding through.?Frame and buttplate retain most of the silver that has oxidized.?Stock is excellent with some nicks and dings.?Overall a very rare variation with this style of engraving and a very sharp and crisp rifle.
