An English Earthenwear Tureen with Lid, ca. 1845 A tureen with lid on a liner plate, with detailed scroll handles, the liner plate with scroll handles with gilt decoration and a similar handle on the lid. All pieces decorated in cobalt and cinnabar colors with flowers with gilt accents. Stamped on the bottom with corresponding English registration mark, also marked "6/191/0". Tureen measures approx. 12-1/2"T x 12"W and liner plate approx. 14"L x 12-1/4"W.
