  EARLY ROYAL DUX SEA NYMPH & CHARIOT CENTERPIECEAn antique Royal Dux (Bohemia) porcelain group with a sea nymph riding the chariot of Poseidon, driven by a pair of hippocampi across tempestuous waves. Marked to the underside with the raised triangle "E" logo, with a "2174" production code. A substantial work from Royal Dux's earlier period, pre-1918. Measures 15" x 17" x 8". Condition Fair condition. Repaired hairline to one hippocampus leg, and that general area has also been over-painted as an attempt to mask the repair in a slightly mismatched color. Some rubbing to edges. Otherwise no issues were noted.
