This figure is based on an Imperial Porcelain designed of 1897. The series included 146 diverse figures from 74 different ethnic groups. A collection originally preserved in the St. Petersburg Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography, can now be studied in the Imperial Porcelain Factory Museum.
