Five serigraphs on aluminum discs
30" diameter (each disc)
Five kinetic Op-Art discs silkscreened in fluorescent pigments, from an original portfolio of six. Published by Editions Alecto Ltd. (London), with the original wooden crate measuring 31" x 33" x 10". Each disc is numbered 22 in a series of 100, though only about half of the edition is thought to have been produced. Each disc has an incised signature, date, title, and number to the reverse.
No motor or UV light unit is present.
Provenance : From the corporate art collection of a Kansas City based Fortune 500 company, previously acquired from the Little Gallery.
Condition
Some grime and smudges accumulated to the disc surfaces -- they could use a cleaning.
