A GROUP OF CHINESE PORCELAIN FIGURES SANXING 20th century, a group of the three Gods of Good Fortune, Lu, Fu, and Shou, and an additional Shou figure, depicted with their traditional attributes and finely painted in famille rose palette, these three figures represent the Chinese gods of luck, together known as Sanxing, they are thought to bring luck, good fortune, and prosperity when displayed, three of the figures have an impressed seal to underside.

Ebisu is the god of prosperity and plenty, he is also the patron god of fishermen which is why he is depicted holding a fishing pole in one hand and a large fish in the other.
