The Model 1857 was a variation of the extremely popular Napoleonic Cannon. These cannons were used by both sides during the civil war and used extensively in the Indian Wars of the American West during the 1870's. This exceptionally fine example stands 21"H to the top of the wheel and has a total length of 39". The cannon barrel measures 28.25"L with a 1.75" diameter bore.
