ELKINGTON CONVERTIBLE CANDELABRAS An elegant pair of antique English Elkington & Co. silverplated (3) light convertible candelabras that can be converted into a single (5) light center piece. This pair of unique candelabras features (2) bases each taking the classic form of a Corinthian column decorated with figural rams head accented swag and fitted with removable bifurcated budding acanthus leaf branch form arms each holding wax pans with removable cups. Stamped, "Elkington & Co." with date stamps of 1853 "O" and 1854 "P". From a Westchester, NY estate. Dimensions: assembled candelabra measures approx. 21.25" in height. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Candelabras exhibit loss to silver plate and a fine patina.
