  1850S TIFFANY & CO. STERLING SILVER CONTAINERAntique lidded box or condiment container, either coin or sterling silver. Rabbit finial on lid. Marked with Tiffany's 550 Broadway address, which dates the piece to the 1850s-60s. Measures about 4-1/2" high and weighs a hefty 273 grams. Small 3/4" split at rabbit's front paws, pretty much invisible unless viewed from the underside of the lid. Sides have heads with rings above them that might originally held both ends of a woven handle.
