Six Small Victorian Boxes, third and fourth quarter 19th century, including an unusual diminutive nickel silver-mounted tortoiseshell trinket box of sarcophagus form, an oblong nickel silver-mounted blonde tortoiseshell trinket box on four ball feet of spiral ribbed-bone, a smaller oblong nickel silver-inlaid and cut-steel-mounted tortoiseshell trinket box on four turned bone feet of inverted capstan form, a diminutive elliptical nickel silver-inlaid blond tortoiseshell matchsafe, a dark chocolate tortoiseshell scent bottle case, the conforming scent bottle lacking its stopper, and a Japanese Meiji parcel-gilt russet and lacquer double scent bottle box in "Lakeside Pines and Plats" decor, the two scent bottles marked "Vantine's", one lacking its stopper, h. 5/8" to 2-3/8", l. 2" to 2-3/4".
