Victorian Sterling Candlesticks London England ca 1892 four sterling silver candlesticks the bases and bobeches marked for London and dated 1892 and with hallmarks JF/EH; ht. 9.5 in. silver wt. 56.46ozt (1756g). Property of Caswell and Sara Lane Condition: All of the candlesticks have light surface scratches. One has a crease near the mouth. Another has a warped mouth and does not sit level on all four feet. Another has a dent near the mouth. And the last stick has a ding to the body.

Condition:
Very nicely made. Crisply detailed decoration. No maker's marks evident. Undersides with impressed numbers 3240. General marks, scratches, rubbing and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Shades appear original. Glass with some scattered minor chipped losses around edges. One shade with a triangular piece broken off and re-glued.
