The top is 9 1/16'' in diameter and the bottom os 9 7/8'' in diameter. Very sturdy with some paint loss on edges.

The top is 9 7/16'' in diameter and the bottom is 10 1/16'' in diameter. some alligatoring. The ends of wrap around bands are stapled down under the red paint.
