  American Intaglio Print of Lorado Taft's "Fountain of the Great Lakes", Chicago, first quarter 20th century, presented in a gilt-edged backplate within a charcoal gray mat in a dark mahogany-lacquered shadowbox and glazed, h. 17", w. 13". Lorado Taft (1860-1936) also executed the portal sculpture of the Louisiana State Capitol, Baton Rouge. The "Fountain of the Great Lakes" is preserved on the exterior of the south wing of the Art Institute of Chicago.
