CHINESE STONEWARE HORSE HEAD, TANG DYNASTY An ancient Chinese stoneware horse head, dating from the Tang dynasty (618-906). Narrow head that has detail on both sides. The head can stand on its own. Realistic mouth, teeth, nostrils, and head muscles created in stoneware.

Condition: good condition overall with pitting, chipping, repair areas, and age related wear.
