Christ is depicted on the cross flanked by a mourning Virgin Mary and Saint Martha to his right; while Saint John the Theologian and Saint Matyr Longinus the Centurion side to his left. Behind Christ are the towers of Jerusalem, and above him, God, the Father. Surrounded by hand executed inscriptions. With gilt detailing. From a Brooklyn, NY estate. Dimensions: 12.25" h x 10.25" w x 1.25" d. Condition: Craquelure. Losses. One saint appears to have suffered from heat damage. Minor dings and dents to silver plated frame. Shows aging.
