Three Howell's Mill area jugs: one with salt glaze, marked "EC Brown [backwards n]" (Ed C. Brown, born 1870, working early 20th century), 8 in., good condition; one with Albany slip glaze, marked "Colfield & Brown" (Thomas William Colfield, born 1865), 10-1/2 in., Provenance: Purchased in Elberton, Georgia, large crack, scattered chips; one with rounded top marked "2-1/2", Albany slip glaze, marked "EC Brown" (Ed C. Brown, son of Bowling P. Brown), 15-1/4 in., rim and shoulder chips, all working in the Howell's Mill Area, Atlanta. All with normal wear and various surface anomalies as made.

Minor wear to raised edge surrounding deer, chips and wear to feet, two cracks in one side (one 1 in. and one 2 in.) and a small pit, small pits to leaves on other side and wear to lip and handle.
