Contemporary gray cloth, original wraps placed on endpaper. 8vo. Chipping on title page, minor staining and discoloration throughout; good. This was the original copy used by John Luckman, original founder of The Gambler’s Book Club, to produce a reprinted edition in 1980. The first edition was originally in paper wraps, but here is finely rebound with the original wraps intact.
