Pencil inscription with attribution en verso reads "Pos. M. Scheuren" likely referring to the artist Caspar Johann Nepomuk Scheuren (Gernany, 1810-1887). Laid down on board. Housed and double matted in a giltwood frame. Sight: 15 3/4" H x 23 3/4" W. Framed: 24" H x 32 7/8" W. European19th Century.
