FONTAINE FOX ORIGINAL ART A very interesting and opportunistic scarce offering of original drawings from the famed cartoonist. Lot includes a hand drawn self portrait by Fox Fontaine an original story board with art scene as used to create a newspaper cartoon episode and club cards signed by Fontaine himself; includes an envelope as addressed to Mr. Koveleski in thanks for finding a Toonerville Trolley toy for him while living in retirement in Vero Beach Florida. The lot contains fourteen original Toonerville Trolley comic strips from 1926 to 1928. Overall (VG - Exc. Cond.)
