A Royal Worcester globular vase painted by C.H. Baldwyn dated 1901 painted to one side with three swans swimming amid lilies and reeds the opposing side with a swift in flight on a pale blue ground with a gilt scrollwork borders and a pair of scrolled handles green printed mark shape no.1515 RD no.1689(?) 6.25in. - cover lacking - a.f. Estimate ?300-500 Cover lacking. Looking to the side painted with swans the left handle has been restored and possibly re-modelled. There is a 9mm wide x 1mm deep (maximum) shallow chip to the foot rim. The odd minor scuff to the glaze otherwise good. The restoration is medium quality. one scuff in relfection of left hand swan and a scratch across lily pad otherwise swans are untouched. The vase is signed 'C.H.C.
