The young woman wears a neoclassical costume in pink yellow and blue on a gray background apprx. 3-3/4"D framed in a gilt wood frame. No maker's marks were found however there is a paper label pasted to the back that reads "Royal Vienna Porcelain Hand Painted by Artist "Frier" ca. 1850-1864" which covers the center of the back.
