Late 19th/early 20th century German violin; inlaid with mother of pearl string banding. Bow also inlaid with MOP, very good condition. 23 1/4"L. Bow is in great condition. Violin with minor surface wear overall, missing one string, and partial loss to MOP string banding.

Violin with old worn finish, one screw missing on tuner, later repairs and some separations, replaced saddle, repaired heel; bow with chips to tape.

Signature slightly worn but still legible. One mother-of- pearl eye missing. Repair receipt indicates a repaired crack to bow but repair is not evident.
