George Yard Lombard Street London movement with anchor escapement 8ft Estimate ?3 000-5 000 Finials present but not fitted. Top of hood looks reconstructed. Overall small losses and numerous splits to the mouldings notably around the trunk door where some are missing. Case does appear to have repolishing to the veneers - colour good but looks to have been enhanced relatively recently. Dial oxidised but untouched. Door around dial looks reveneered. Movement in fair to good condition but untouched for some years. Moulding across top of base notably split. Plinth foot looks later. Comes with pendulum one iron and one lead weight.
