Westervelt Manuf's New York''. H100'' Provenance: Wellford South Carolina private collection. From the home of Alonzo Bell Assistant Secretary of Interior under president Hayes. hollowcast and welded; was painted white and recently striped which has left original welds without patina; both arms repaired at shoulder; good overall condition and appearance.
