BLACK AMERICANA: THREE BOXES OF "FUN-TO-WASH WASHING POWDER", C. 1930, POLYCHROME AFRICAN-AMERICAN MAMMY-TYPE FEATURED ON FRONT WITH...BLACK AMERICANA: Three boxes of "Fun-to-Wash Washing Powder", c. 1930, polychrome African-American Mammy-type featured on front with black text on yellow ground, pieces include: two matching larger boxes: 5" h. x 2 3/8" w. x 7 3/8" d., and one smaller box: 1" h. x 2 1/8" w. x 3 1/4" d., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use including edge wear, small box has some pencil marks and discoloration, etc.

(4) VINTAGE CANS FLORIDA-MADE MEDICINESFour different medications made in Florida during the early 20th century. Two are 6-1/2"cans, with contents, of talcum powder. Both cans are of identical shape. One is Orange Blossom made by Bo-Kay Perfume Co and the other also Orange Blossom Talc made by the Or-Blos Co. Both companies were in Jacksonville. There is a bottle of Sunshine Liquid, with contents and in original box. It promises to cure Malarial Chills, Swamp Fever, and the Common Cold. Finally is a great one, a can called "Torment Dust" which you sprinkle on cats, dogs and chickens to rid them of fleas. There is still ample powder in the can to torment your favorite pet. Condition- Most are quite fine. The two with paper labels show some label stains and the Torment Dust is missing a cap, but has the whole canister covered in plastic wrap.
