The bottom of the receiver is marked with the serial #9717 and the number "19" is on the left side, next to the trigger. There is a "WP" Winchester proof on the top rear of the barreld top of the chamber ring. Rifle has a mounted Lyman rear peep sight. Barrel measures approx. 22", overall 39 1/2". Age appropriate wear to the finish with oxidation and discoloration. Clean bore, no cracks in the stocks. Barrel top has two drilledholes in front of the rear sight.
