Henry Charles Brewer (1866-1950) watercolour pencil and charcoal St Paul's Cathedral from Warwick Lane the space in front now cleared from the wreckage signed and dated 1942 14 x 21.5in. Estimate ?800-1 200 Probably somewhat faded but still retaining strength of colour except for the sky which looks a washed out paper undulating some fine scattered dirt marks most of which are on the glass rather than the work itself signed and dated lower right in a washline card mount and slim gilt frame. Descriptions provided in both printed and on-line catalogue formats do not include condition reports.
