Shryart who goes on to say that the bearer of this instrument his son also has documents which prove the land was purchased and paid for and now they would like to have the title which they had not received before the seller William Bouseman died. Condition: Water stained and toned. With expected folds. Main vertical fold partially separated. Long edge of back scuffed and frayed but this does not affect any text.

Note: Zwaan attended the Royal Academy of Art in Amsterdam with a scholarship provided by Queen Wilhelmina. His paintings began to find a ready market in the United States by 1909, and this success caused him and his wife to move to America in 1910.
